At Inspirational Yoga we choose quality above quantity. Therefore our lessons have limited spaces with personal contact and attention for everyone. We understand that not everybody is equally flexible, that’s why we offer experienced or beginners options during class. This way everybody feels understood and can enjoy the lesson fully!



hatha yoga

Eve teaches a kind of hatha yoga with an emphasis on alignment and detail that aims to build up strength and flexibility. The use of several props during classes makes this style accessible for everyone regardless age or experience. The importance of breathing and relaxation is ever present.


restorative yoga

Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. A chance to slow down in this hectic world. This proves excellent prevention for burnouts. When you are recovering from disease or medical treatment you can choose to book this class privately.

prenatal yoga

The Active Birth Prenatal Yoga is so much more than improving your posture to avoid pains and aches. We aim to focus your attention inwards and get you back in touch with your instincts and intuition. You learn birthing positions and breathing techniques to prepare you in the best possible way for your own personal birth experience.




Although you might say all yoga classes have a therapeutic effect, in this class we work even more specifically on some common problem area's. This includes shoulders, neck, lower back and knees. You will learn how to protect these areas and ease any existing problems. 


Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style. Its base is synchronisation of movement and breath. Vinyasa offers strength, pleasure, variation, balance and piece. The purpose is to find space in body and mind. Both suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Lunch yoga

PRIVate classes

After an intake conversation and a body scan, Eve can make up a personal sequence to fit your specific needs. As you evolve the program will be adjusted accordingly. The duration of a private lesson is one hour at the studio. You will also be advised on a home practice.
